Express Delivery (Cairo Only)

Express Delivery is available within Cairo Governorate only and is typically delivered within 24 hours.

Standard Delivery

Standard Delivery is available throughout Egypt and typically takes 3–5 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier schedules, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns and exchanges are accepted in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Due to the nature of pharmaceutical and healthcare products, opened or used medicines cannot be returned unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
